This Week in Bartitsu:

Ongoing Bartitsu class runs 8pm-10pm every Wednesday and 3pm-5pm every Saturday.

Wednesday, 14 December:

  • 8pm Warm up and review (all levels): Walking stick essentials
  • 9pm Introduction to Bartitsu (Green Sash) and Blue Sash: Preemptive strikes and the use of the crook
  • Red Sash: Reverse Grip Strikes

Saturday, 17 December:

  • 2pm Introduction to Bartitsu (Green Sash): Walking stick essentials
  • 3pm Walking Stick Lesson:
    • Introduction to Bartitsu (Green Sash) and Blue Sash: Manipulations of the crook
    • Red Sash: Reverse Grip Strikes
  • 4pm Savate Integration:
    • Blue Sash: Combine sticks with kicks
    • Red Sash: Review spin crescent kick
