This Week in Bartitsu:

Ongoing Bartitsu class runs 8pm-10pm every Wednesday and 3pm-5pm every Saturday.

Wednesday, 6 July:

  • 8pm Warm up and review (all levels): Jujitsu joint locks and takedowns
  • 9pm Introduction to Bartitsu (Green Sash) and Blue Sash: Head locks and neck cranks and/or chancery
  • Red Sash: Scissors takedown

Saturday, 9 July:

  • 2pm Introduction to Bartitsu (Green Sash): Jujitsu joint locks and takedowns
  • 3pm Jujitsu Lesson:
    • Introduction to Bartitsu (Green Sash) and Blue Sash: Head locks and neck cranks
    • Red Sash: Scissors takedown
  • 4pm Pugilism Integration:
    • Blue Sash: Chancery and clinch
    • Red Sash: Review Palm-up and turtle-shell blocks
