Ongoing Bartitsu class runs 8pm-10pm every Monday and Wednesday and 3pm-5pm every Saturday.

Monday and Wednesday:

  • 8pm Essentials: Jujitsu joint locks and takedowns
  • 9pm Lesson/Integration: Head locks and neck cranks and/or chancery

Saturday, 9-August:

  • 2pm Essentials (FLSH): Jujitsu joint locks and takedowns
  • 3pm Lesson: Head locks and neck cranks
  • 4pm Integration: Chancery and clinch

Red Sash: Head-cradle takedown and strangulation defense
