Got up 8amStill using Muscle Milk…. fairly good results last week (one breakfast, one before bed), but the chocolate is not a good flavour.  Also:  there is a claim that there is one harmful ingredient, so I’m going back to gainer today (starting on Lean Gainer).

Workout:  MaxOT week 3… going for maximal intensity.  Next week, will do same routine with 75% of weight, trying for sets of 12-15.
