Warm up: intervals 10 minutes (1 mile)Warm up set: Power clean + Press 40 lbsSet 1:  Clean + Press 70 lbs x 10 reps, rest 4 minutesSet 2:  Dumbell row to overhead press 30lbs ea. x 10 reps, rest 4 minutesSet 3: Front Squat + Press 70 lbs x 10 reps, rest 4 minutesSet 4:  Dumbell single-arm power clean + press 30 lbs x 10 reps total, rest 4 minutesSet 5:  Clean + Press 70 lbs x 10 reps, rest 4 minutesSet 6:  Dumbell row to overhead press 30lbs ea. x 10 reps, rest 4 minutesIntervals 20 minutes.
