Squats: 160×5 x5 Overhead Press: 95×4… realized the bar was adding weight compared to previous week, so tried 90(plus bar)x4, 90×4, 90×5… cheating. Deadlift:  200×5 Pullups:  10, 6   Chinups:  5 

Saturday

Woke up 8:15Dishes + LaundryRehearsal at Rapier Wit 4-7pm.  Meet with Dave Rosetti before (2:30pm) 

Friday

Woke up 8:15. Went iPod shopping. 4Gb nano sold out of Futureshop and Bestbuy Edited Lady Macbeth cues.  Still need someone (originally Chris) to read Messenger for some LM cues.  Need to get scene headers from Mitch for others, since LM begins many scenes. Stripped leather couch for Kevin.  Workout: 5×5

Tabitha method (microintervals)

Tabitha method:Choose a multi-joint (preferably full-body) exercise: Bodyweight:  burpees, sprinting.   Barbell: Power Clean+Press, Squat Perform as many reps as possible, as fast as possible for 20 seconds. Rest 10 seconds Repeat 7 more times NB:  weight should be sufficient for 8-12 reps per set.
